I provide evidence based services in drug and alcohol counseling with 20 years experience in different settings. In addition I can offer anger management and domestic violence work with main aggressor or educate on aspects of domestic violence dynamics to reduce conflict. I specialize assisting family members concerned about a loved one's substance use, providing strategic services to reduce enabling behaviors and increase change in the loved ones behavior through education, helping set boundaries, assertiveness and behavioral methods to support change.
I have lived in different countries myself and appreciate the situation expats may find themselves in with limited services available in Honduras.
