As a licensed therapist, my job is to provide 2 services:
To help you resolve an immediate problem, e.g., a relationship break-up or losing your job.
The second service - sometimes the more important service - is to help you learn how, what to do and why this challenge was presented to you.
My job is to work myself out of a job because I helped and guided you towards a greater knowledge of yourself.
